If implemented correctly user generated reviews add variety, depth and honesty to your product pages. No competitor could ever duplicate it and it’s far more likely to have the keyword variations that your customers actually use.
Ensure you have great product imagery
Great imagery not only increases customer confidence but it will also naturally attract links as people are more likely link to the images.
Give every page a personality

Make it easy for people to link to your product pages
Just like YouTube gives you an embeddable piece of code to display videos on your site why not provide your customers code to display products they bought on their blog or website. As a minimum it’s a good idea to include social bookmarks and the Facebook ‘like’ button on all product pages.
Keep up with Google
Google’s algorithm is changing all the time but they do announce big changes. A recent change was factoring in page load times. So if your product pages were similar to a competitor’s you might be able to get the edge by reducing image sizes.
